DroneCoreGuide publishes practical guides for people who build and fly drones. These are the standards every page follows.
Accuracy
- Technical details are checked against manufacturer specifications and official firmware documentation (Betaflight, ArduPilot, PX4, ExpressLRS).
- Rules and regulations are checked against official sources such as the FAA, and we say clearly when something is general information rather than legal advice.
- Numbers in tables are typical ranges, not guarantees. Always check your own parts’ specifications.
Corrections and updates
When we find or are told about an error, we fix it and update the page’s date. Major changes are noted in the article. Report a problem to hello@dronecoreguide.com.
Product recommendations
Recommendations are based on specifications, compatibility, reputation and building experience. Affiliate commissions never change what we recommend, and we don’t accept payment for positive coverage.
Drone News
News items are short summaries written in our own words. Each one names the original publisher and links to the original story, which belongs to that publisher. We don’t copy articles. If you’re a publisher and would like a summary changed or removed, contact us.
Safety
We don’t publish instructions for weaponizing drones or for flying in ways that break the law. “Military-grade” content on this site is about durability and reliability engineering only.
Use of AI tools
We may use software tools, including AI writing assistants, to help draft and edit pages. Every page is reviewed, checked and approved by our editor before it’s published, and the editor is responsible for its content.
